Partner Visa
Overview
A Partner Visa allows the spouse, fiancé(e), civil partner, or unmarried partner of a British citizen or UK settled person to live in the UK. It's part of the UK's Family Visa category and can lead to settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) and eventually British citizenship. At Westbury Law, we specialize in navigating the complexities of Partner Visa. Our team ensures that your application is thorough, accurate, and presented in the best possible light to the Home Office.
